Shanika Houlder-White is a powerhouse mother of five, seasoned executive, and visionary entrepreneur who knows firsthand the overwhelming demands of juggling career, family, and personal aspirations. With over 20 years of leadership experience—including her most recent role as an Executive Director—Shanika has built a reputation for leading with precision, care, and results.
But even with all her success, Shanika often found herself asking the same question many high-achieving women ask: “Why is it so hard to find good help?”
Instead of settling, she created her own system—a thoughtful, intuitive support model that allowed her to streamline her responsibilities and elevate her success. That system became the foundation of Feather & Task.
Today, Shanika not only leads a thriving business and family, but also manages a growing real estate portfolio with six investment properties and counting. Her passion is rooted in service, structure, and seeing women and families thrive.
